Planning a retreat, special event, or group trip is exciting - but once everyone starts travelling, someone needs to make sure everything actually works.
That's where I come in.
With a background in both travel and event management, I help plan and coordinate the travel side of your group experience, and I travel with your group as your dedicated host and on-site coordinator.
From welcoming guests and coordinating arrivals to managing transfers and activities, working with hotels and local suppliers, keeping everyone informed, and handling any issues that come up, I'm there to make sure the trip runs smoothly.
Most importantly, it means you don't have to be the person worrying about travel and logistics while you're trying to host your retreat, event, or experience.

What I can do for you........
Before the Trip:
I work with you to understand the experience you want to create and then take care of the travel details that bring it together.
Depending on your group, this can include accommodation, transportation, transfers, guest communications, rooming lists, activities, supplier coordination, and pre-departure information.
My event management background means I'm always looking at the bigger picture — how all the moving pieces fit together and what needs to happen to make the experience run smoothly.
During the Trip:
This is where my service is different.
I travel with your group and I'm there throughout the experience.
I welcome your guests, help everyone settle in, coordinate daily travel arrangements, work with hotels and local suppliers, keep the group informed, and handle issues as they arise.
Your guests have someone they know they can come to, and you have someone making sure everything behind the scenes keeps moving.
That leaves you free to focus on what you do best — hosting your retreat, leading your event, celebrating with your family and friends, or simply enjoying the experience you've created.
