Meet Carol
I am an experienced educator, facilitator and career-support professional with more than twelve years of experience teaching, mentoring and guiding students and job seekers.
I have been a partial-load professor at Sheridan College and previously spent over eight years working in Ontario’s private career college sector. I have also worked in job development, supporting job seekers - including internationally trained professionals - as they explored employment opportunities and new career pathways.
My approach is encouraging, practical and honest. I understand that changing direction can feel overwhelming, particularly when you have many years of experience but are unsure how to position it. My role is to help you recognize your value, clarify your direction and move forward with a realistic plan.
